Can we say 'Catch-22'? 95% of the time, you need to have an education in order to get experience. So, education would be more important than experience.
Unless, you are talking about Bartending School, which is just a waste of money because bars look at that as a joke. Then, experience is necessary- i.e. cocktail waitressing or bar back to the Bartending glory.
So, I guess education is more important.
Wait, I don't have one... I got my job through working my way up to gain experience.
Experience is more important..
I guess what I'm saying is Education will get you there, but if you don't mind starting at the bottom, experience is definitely the way to go.
